We thoroughly clean each frame with wax and grease remover to eliminate contaminants.

Step 3 – Mechanical Abrasion
We sand every surface to create a mechanical key, which ensures our primers bite into the aluminium for maximum bond strength.

Step 4 – Masking
Precision masking protects glass, brickwork, cladding, and interiors. Yes — for colonial or French-style frames, we mask around the bars, not over them.

Step 5 – Priming
For residential jobs, we use high-performance primers designed for aluminium — never skipping this crucial step.

Step 6 – Top Coating
We apply 2–4 coats of premium exterior-grade top coat, building up a strong film for durability and a flawless look.

Step 7 – Tape Removal & Inspection
Masking is removed with care, revealing sharp, clean lines. We check every frame before sign-off.
