You may have a house with a few interior dirty marks that you would like touched up and one coat of the same colour applied over the walls.

You may have a home that requires a lot of tender loving care to restore it to its former glory, we are happy to price for this too. Some projects just need more prep work than others and that’s ok too!

Knowing what you want and expect as an end result will help us provide the best service within your budget and timeframes. The more detail you can give us for your expected outcome the better we can tailor your pricing to suit.

So no matter if it is a small wall repaint, interior & exterior house painting or large commercial painting we can deliver the service to your requirements

In saying all this we feel for the protection of your assets it is important to stay within professional guidelines and paint manufactures specifications.

Examples of Pricing

We have many customers call us with absolutely no idea how much painting costs! Guess what, that is 100% normal. I don’t even know how much it will cost to paint your house until I have seen it!

In saying that however I have done a basic pricing list here or recent jobs that may help you get a feeling for painters pricing.

Remember each house is totally different, but just like you can see some recent sale prices for houses and units it can help you get a feel for some pricing in your area.

I can give you some recent examples though of pricing circa to homes painted by us and other painters around the Gold Coast. Please note, these are just examples to give owners some kind of idea, not a quote. Prices will vary depending on size, preparation, amount of doors, windows, door frames etc.

Arundel and Parkwood 3 bedroom, two bathroom home internal paint, complete ceilings, walls doors and woodwork around $3900 (patching to some walls)
Mermaid/Mermaid Waters 5 bedroom home, walls only repaint. $2960
Robina 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home internal, walls and woodwork and doors around $4500 premium Taubmans Endure Paint used. (Good condition)
Reedy Creek, Robina 4 bedroom two story home walls only repaint same colour $2900 (good condition)
Southport 2 bedroom unit walls, ceilings, doors and woodwork $2300
Burleigh Heads Exterior. Full external repaint to rendered walls gutters and soffits, all required high pressure cleaning first $4700
Burleigh 3 bedroom home one bathroom full internal repaint. $3200
Merrimac 2 Bedroom duplex on bathroom, complete internal repaint, required some patching $2130
Sanctuary Cove 6 bedroom home complete external repaint including scaffold in reasonable condition with full high pressure clean prior to paint $17300

Ashmore/Benowa 3 bedroom house external paint to gutter, facia, soffits and downpipes. Full pressure clean required prior to paint $1890
Ashmore 3 bedroom home, full roof restoration, including full repointing to ridgecap tiles, high pressure clean, and Dulux Acratex System, $3900 (yes you cn get these for $1700 from a drive by company, but they have no life span at all. Maybe 12 months at best).
