Factory Painting Exterior

Here is a really cool before and after image of a factory on the Gold Coast.  Before and after painting.  The results are amazing and give the businesses inside a real lift for potential customers arriving at the factories.
We had just put some final touches on the building as I took the last shot.  We used Resene Lumbersider Lowsheen for the walls and Soynx gloss for the garage doors.
All up the cost was no more than $3k per tenant.  Money well invested back into their business by presenting a tidy, clean and fresh look.
