Step 1: Customer Brief & Quote

You send us photos via our dashboard or we pop out for a look. We confirm colours, discuss screen removal, check heights, and build your quote from there.

Step 2: Prep & Cleaning

Every frame is:

Washed

Mechanically abraded (sanded)

Degreased with wax and grease remover


No paint goes near the surface until it’s squeaky clean and keyed for primer.

Step 3: Masking & Taping

We don’t brush near your walls. We mask like we mean it.
Glass is protected with precision-cut film. Tracks, sills, and sashes are fully wrapped. We use green pro tape — the good stuff.

You’ll often see us in our videos pulling the tape off at the end. Satisfying? Yes. Necessary? Absolutely.

Step 4: Primer Application

We apply a high-performance bonding primer designed specifically for aluminium. This step matters. It’s what stops peeling, flaking, or chalking later down the track.

Common Questions We Get Asked

How long does it last?

We offer a 6-year workmanship warranty backed by the QBCC — our licensing authority in Queensland. But we’ve revisited jobs done 8+ years ago that still look incredible.

Do I need to be home?

Nope. You’re welcome to be there, but it’s also fine to head out for the day. Spraying requires masks and protection, so we do advise staying out of the room while spraying is active.

What about pets?

We love dogs, cats, and curious birds — but we do ask they stay safely inside or in a secure area while we’re onsite.

Do you remove flyscreens and security screens?

Yes — if you’ve opted for that, we remove, label, respray, and reinstall them. If you’re handling that yourself, just have them off before we arrive.

Can you spray over powder-coated aluminium?

Absolutely. Our system is designed specifically for it. With correct sanding, degreasing, and priming, we get brilliant adhesion and long-lasting results.
